Qualifications

• 1–2 years of group fitness experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a team while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio's head coach with a full schedule of 10 classes per week.
• Set expectations and provide coaching to new and existing staff.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service experience according to solidcore standards.
• Meet utilization and retention goals for the studio and individuals.
• Support day-to-day operations and assist with outreach to grow client base.
• Provide coach development feedback and assist trainings in-person.
• Maintain product knowledge of studio offerings and inventory.
