Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Alpharetta, GA who is passionate about delivering the solidcore brand and a best-in-class workout. You will lead a team, coach ~10 classes weekly, and ensure outstanding client experiences while maintaining studio standards and growth goals.

You’ll mentor coaches, support new trainer trainings, and engage with the community to promote long-term client partnerships while driving operational excellence and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the studio’s lead coach with a full schedule of 10 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and lead by example.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience aligned with solidcore standards.
