Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Chicago to lead the studio’s coaching team, delivering high-energy classes and top-tier client experiences. You will manage a full schedule, mentor coaches, and drive outreach to grow the client base while upholding solidcore standards.

This permanent full-time role requires 40 hours weekly, weekend/holiday availability, and strong relationship-building skills to foster community and retention.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of group fitness experience.
• Excellent client relations and communication.
• Ability to lead and mentor coaches.
• Reliable and professional.
• Comfortable leading a high-energy class with strong music and presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio as the head coach with a full 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations and model behavior for new and existing coaches.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Meet utilization and retention targets for the studio and individuals.
• Lead outreach and marketing efforts to attract new clients and partnerships.
• Provide coach development and trainings with in-studio support.
