Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Oak Brook, IL to lead the studio, coach an average of eleven classes per week, and set standards for other coaches. The role includes delivering a best-in-class experience and supporting new coach trainings in-studio.

You will also drive community outreach and ensure high service levels. This exempt, full-time position requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining brand integrity across the studio

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Able to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel/Sheets).
• Flexible and variable availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the studio’s lead coach with a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations and be an example for new and existing coaches.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience aligned with solidcore standards.
• Meet company utilization and retention targets at the studio and individual levels.
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations under the Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and marketing efforts to scout new clients and form community partnerships.
• Provide coach development and feedback during trainings with in-studio support.
• Respond to client requests promptly and resolve concerns effectively.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail, promotions, and apparel.
• Execute routine operational tasks like ordering supplies and inventory.
