Job summary

solidcore Minneapolis is hiring a Head Coach who will lead the studio’s coaching team and deliver a high-energy, brand-aligned workout experience. The role requires coaching about ten classes per week, mentoring other coaches, and maintaining outstanding client service.

You will support studio operations, outreach to grow the client base, and ensure the facility remains clean, stocked, and fully functional. This is a full-time exempt position with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Permanent, exempt, full-time role.
• 40 hours per week including classes coached.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead coach for solidcore studio with a 10-class-per-week schedule.
• Set standards and mentor other coaches.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service.
• Meet utilization and retention targets for the studio.
• Assist Area Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Lead outreach and community partnerships.
• Provide coach development through feedback and trainings.
• Respond to client requests promptly.
• Maintain product knowledge of studio retail.
• Perform routine tasks including inventory and supplies.
• Keep studio and equipment in pristine condition.
