Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a Head Coach in New York to lead the studio’s coaching team, maintain a full schedule of 11 classes per week, and deliver a best-in-class fitness and client experience. This role reports to the Area Manager and emphasizes coaching excellence, team development, outreach, and exceptional operations to uphold the solidcore brand.

The Head Coach will guide new trainings, give constructive feedback, manage client relations, and ensure the studio runs smoothly while sustaining

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of group fitness experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of coaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio's top coach with a full 11-class weekly schedule.
• Set expectations and model standards for coaches.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service experiences.
• Support outreach and community partnerships to grow client base.
• Provide coach development and training support in-studio.
