Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Westport, CT to lead the studio's coaching team and maintain an 11-class weekly schedule. You will model exceptional coaching, deliver a best-in-class experience, and drive client engagement while upholding solidcore standards.

You'll mentor other coaches, support day-to-day studio operations, help with outreach, and ensure high energy and accurate product knowledge. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and MS Office (Excel/Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio as the lead coach with a schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service.
• Meet utilization & retention targets for the studio.
• Support day-to-day operations under the Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and community partnerships.
• Provide coach development and trainings with in-studio support.
• Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of class packages, promotions, and apparel.
• Handle inventory and sales logs; keep studio and equipment immaculate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
