Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach to lead the studio team, coach 10 classes weekly, and uphold a top-tier client experience. This role models the solidcore brand and drives a high standard of coaching across the roster.

The successful candidate will develop coaches, provide feedback, and assist in-studio trainings while supporting outreach to grow the client base and partnerships in the community.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Outgoing and personable with a desire to build relationships within and outside the solidcore community.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio's lead coach with a full schedule of 10 classes per week.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Support day-to-day studio operations and outreach to scout new clients.
