TECOMET in Feasterville-Trevose, PA is seeking a CNC Machinist III to produce precision parts by operating and setting up CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDMs, following drawings and paperwork. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with possible programming and mentorship of junior machinists.

You will read blueprints, adjust tooling, and maintain equipment while meeting production targets.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDM.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Commitment to safety and GMP/GDP practices.

Mansioni

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Lathes, and Wire EDMs within tolerances.
• Propose new production setups and adjust tooling as part of new setups.
• Perform difficult CNC machining with very close tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes.
• Support continuous improvement activities and maintain quality records.
