Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC mills, wires, EDMs, and lathes per work instructions.
• Propose setups and offsets; adjust tooling for new production.
• Perform complex CNC work with tight tolerances and varied materials.
• Read blueprints/specifications and evaluate readings with measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes; update work instructions.
• Maintain and improve process instructions and fixtures with engineering support.
