Job summary

TECOMET in Levittown, PA is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist III to produce precision components by operating, setting up, and occasionally programming CNC mills, Wire EDMs and lathes. You will follow drawings and quality standards to meet production goals.

You will maintain tooling and equipment, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure safe, on-time delivery while adhering to GMP/DQP practices and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Maths and English is desirable (UK only).

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDM's, and CNC lathes within tolerance per drawings.
• Propose new production setups and adjust tooling/offsets as part of new setups.
• Perform complex machining with close tolerances on various metals.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes; maintain OOQ quality.
• Assist engineering with fixtures and productivity improvements.
• Maintain safety and GMP/GDP practices; document processes accurately.
