Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficient in measuring with inspection tools and records.
• Ability to train new or lower-level machinists.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, wires, and lathes per drawings.
• Propose new production setups and adjust offsets/tooling.
• Perform progressive machining with very tight tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes; improve work instructions.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; record activities in trackers.
• Support continuous improvement activities and equipment PM.
• Train or mentor junior machinists.
