Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Strong knowledge of observability and SLOs.
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale telemetry pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate core observability platform services using Go, Python, Java.
• Lead enterprise-wide adoption of OpenTelemetry and semantic conventions.
• Architect and scale high-throughput telemetry pipelines (logs, metrics, traces).
• Mentor teammates and participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Ensure secure telemetry pipelines with mTLS and secrets management.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and platform standards.
