Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking an onsite lead clinical service representative to manage front desk and scheduling activities across multiple physical therapy clinics in St. Louis. You will coordinate office functions, train new staff, and ensure HIPAA compliance and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required.
• 4 years of experience in medical office setting or related customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, registrations, referrals, scanning, and HIPAA compliance.
• Verify insurance cards, IDs, health history questionnaires, and signatures at check-in.
• Triage patient calls and messages; support scheduling and provider communication.
• Lead front desk performance, training, and staff meetings.
• Assist with clinic inspections, supply orders, and monthly reports.
