Pine Street Inn seeks a Clinical/Lead Case Manager to oversee the Veterans Services program at 6 Hartford Street, Dorchester, MA, under its Behavioral Health Division. The role emphasizes 24/7 case management support for veterans facing complex disabilities, substance use, and mental health challenges, within a Housing First framework.

The incumbent will implement evidence-based practices, train staff, and coordinate with a second program location.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in psychology or related field required.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred.
Advanced training in psychosocial rehabilitation and substance abuse highly regarded.
Bi-lingual – Spanish/English beneficial.

Responsibilities

Oversee case management for Veterans Services program residents.
Implement best practices (Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Strengths-Based) and ensure high-quality case management.
Train and support the Case Manager at the second Veterans Services Program location.
Maintain Housing First/Stabilization model and collaborate across departments.
Engage in 24/7 coverage responsibilities as required.
