Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Undergraduate degree in related field preferred (e.g. social work).
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management for tenants, utilizing Housing First model.
• Assist tenants with program documentation and obtaining benefits, healthcare, education, employment, and legal aid.
• Develop individual service plans and maintain all necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with Permanent Housing staff on program-wide efforts to stabilize tenants and promote growth.
