Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in psychology or related field such as counseling, psychosocial rehabilitation.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field such as counseling or psychosocial rehabilitation.
• Massachusetts Driver’s License in good standing (preferred).
• Advanced training in psychosocial rehabilitation and substance abuse (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide overall case management for residents of the Veterans Services program.
• Train and support the Case Manager at the second Veterans Services Program location.
• Implement best practices including Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and strengths-based approaches.
• Coordinate care with HUD and Veterans Affairs and ensure 24/7 high quality supports.
