Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Clinical Behavior Program Manager to oversee PBSPs and regulatory compliance for clients in Washington. You will develop initial PBSPs, train staff, and coordinate with caregivers and professionals to ensure high-quality behavioral support.

The role requires BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA, or BCaBA licensure, plus at least three years of supervisory experience in related settings. Everett/Mill Creek area in Washington. Competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have one of the following certificates or licenses: BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA, or BCaBA.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in social work or related field.
• Experience providing behavioral tech support to individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Must pass background check, have a driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update PBSPs based on client needs.
• Train staff on PBSP and review data weekly.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate behavioral data.
• Enter behavior data into Excel or tracking software for reporting.
