Qualifications

• Licensed professional engineer with civil engineering experience.
• Proficient with BIM and Autodesk products, including AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and procure permits for building and construction.
• Review contractor shop drawings and respond to RFIs.
• Conduct field investigations for accurate design and quality.
• Prepare close-out and as-built documentation.
• Develop engineering standards and reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
