Job summary

Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for land development and related projects. We seek a Civil Project Engineer to apply broad engineering principles, supervise teams, and coordinate with clients on design tasks and project scope.

The role supports flexible work options including remote and hybrid schedules; travel to site visits and client meetings may be required. A PE license is mandatory; candidates should have 6+ years of civil experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 6+ years of related Civil Engineering experience.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Prepares planning and design documents in appropriate engineering discipline.
• Performs process design calculations and prepares cost estimates.
• Assists with project scope, schedule and budget reviews.
• Coordinates projects with Olsson teams and clients; maintains records.
• May serve as project manager on smaller projects.
• Independently handles assignments on complex projects.
