Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior CEI Inspector to lead inspection efforts on transportation projects around Cartersville, GA. You will supervise junior inspectors, support contract administration and maintain project records.

Responsibilities include monitoring roadway/bridge work, conducting materials testing, reviewing plans, and coordinating with GDOT and local agencies. A valid driver's license and GDOT certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of transportation inspection experience.
• Experience inspecting roadway and bridge projects; lead inspection ability.
• Valid driver's license; ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced-level inspection for roadway and bridge projects.
• Lead and coordinate inspection staff; supervise lower-level inspectors.
• Monitor workmanship and materials for compliance with plans and specs.
• Handle contract administration duties and project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and review documentation for accuracy.
