Job summary

High Spirits Hospitality is seeking a Catering Manager to lead the planning, sales, and execution of on‑site and off‑site catering services for our venues and events. You will guide clients from inquiry through event completion, translating menus and service styles into detailed purchasing, staffing, packing, and on‑site plans while coordinating with the banquet team and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of catering sales/management experience.
• Strong understanding of menus, portions, production timelines, and event execution.
• Proven sales, business development or account-management ability.
• Highly organized with multi-event management skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, planners, kitchen, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead off-site catering sales and revenue growth.
• Coordinate client menu selections and service plans.
• Manage catering events as primary lead from load-in to service.
• Develop training and coaching for culinary and banquet teams.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and profitability.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and internal teams daily.
