HVMG is seeking a Catering Manager to lead planning and execution of catered events, working closely with clients to ensure exceptional experiences that boost guest satisfaction and revenue. The role emphasizes organization, client focus, and collaboration with culinary and banquet teams.

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, executing contracts and BEOs, and communicating client needs to hotel teams.

Formación

• College degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Additional certifications may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with clients, third parties and community organizations to generate catering business.
• Prospect for new business, respond to RFPs, execute contracts and BEOs, and relay client expectations to the hotel team.
• Understand that the Directorate of Sales is the lead; support as needed in catering operations.
• Develop your career path within sales, catering, food & beverage, and hotel operations.
