LifeWorks Restaurant Group is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive revenue by developing innovative internal catering programs and events within an established client environment. You will collaborate with Catering Operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and lead a team to ensure flawless event execution.

The ideal candidate has a strategic, creative sales mindset with experience in high-volume catering, strong hospitality trends knowledge, and a track record of revenue growth

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in events, hospitality and catering preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Available to work event-based hours.

Mansioni

• Develop and deliver catering solutions to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and repeat business.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events with attention to detail and guest experience.
• Lead and train catering staff to ensure event standards and quality.
• Ensure accurate reporting of catering revenue and expenses; manage staffing and logistics for events.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure flawless event execution.
