SUMMARY
Assist supervisor and coordinate activities of the Walk-In Center Department. Must have reliable transportation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Communicate daily updates to management.
- Assist with preparation of work schedules to expedite workflow.
- Follow up on requests from clients.
- Assign duties and examine work for accuracy across multiple shifts.
- Balance all daily transactions.
- Assist with completing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Assist with supervision of staff at multiple sites.
- Report on and supervise activities at multiple sites.
- Assist with completing monthly attendance reports.
- Ensure daily adherence to quality standards.
- Complete quality control measures daily.
- Participate in new hire training sessions.
- Participate in the implementation of new procedures and staff training.
- Develop activities to promote positive staff morale.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two years of college or technical school; or two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and management abilities.
- Availability to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 3:00 am, Monday through Sunday, based on site needs.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.
- Effective speaking skills for one-on-one and small group presentations.
- Proficiency in basic math operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and interest, and compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret instructions in various formats: written, oral, diagram, or schedule.
- Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Close vision required.
- Moderate noise levels from office equipment and light traffic.
