Position Details

As a Lead Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, based in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, at 1620 RIVERTON RD, CINNAMINSON, NJ 08077.

Job Description

• Coaches, mentors, and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions. Educates customers on available financial options. Identifies banking opportunities and refers appropriately.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Engages customers in lobby activities to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educates customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
• Demonstrates clear communication, transaction handling, and problem resolution skills. Assists in performance management and new hire processes.
• Adheres to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment. Ensures branch operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
