As a Lead Teller within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Kennett Square, PA at the Longwood Branch.

Job Description

• Coaches, mentors, and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions. Educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and makes appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Engages with customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Communicates clearly, handles transactions, and resolves problems effectively. Assists the Branch Manager with performance management and hiring processes.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment. Ensures branch operations and transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Typically, 1+ years of related experience is required. A degree is not mandatory, but equivalent education, certifications, or military experience may be considered.
