Job Description

• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 21 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Interview, select, and train Team Members.
• Direct the work of Team Members and evaluate their productivity for potential promotions or changes in status.
• Handle Team Member issues, including complaints and disciplinary actions.
• Plan and assign work tasks to Team Members.
• Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and the store.
• Manage departmental budgets and inventory.
• Monitor compliance measures and uphold safety standards.
• Coach the team to drive store success, ensuring high standards of product quality, service, and store cleanliness.
• Support Store Leadership through coaching, collaborative planning, and executing merchandising plans to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Recognize market trends and proactively manage inventory to increase sales and reduce waste.
• Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and delegation of tasks.
• Participate in staffing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Promote professional development through talent management and succession planning.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to foster a safety, sales, and service-oriented culture.
• Ensure store conditions meet all standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, addressing deficiencies promptly.
