Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced cashier team and uphold outstanding customer service standards. You’ll supervise cashiers, assist with operational issues, and help maintain store cleanliness and security across the front end.

The role requires 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Head Cashier with 1–2 years cashiering experience plus leadership training.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support at registers; ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule breaks and ensure compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Hire and train new cashiers; take disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and security at entrances and registers.
