Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise cashiers, assist with daily operations, and help with hiring and training while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 18+, a HS diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training. Flexibility with shifts and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Schedule breaks and ensure compliance with policies and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
• Maintain register supply levels and cleanliness in restrooms and parking lots.
