Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team and ensure top-rated customer service. You will supervise cashiers, assist with daily store operations, and help with scheduling and training to maintain smooth register workflow.

The role requires 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy retail environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operations.
• Proactively visit registers to ensure excellent customer service and provide direction.
• Assist with customer issues at the register and maintain cash register supplies.
