Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve while delivering service.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by greeting guests, explaining products, and completing transactions accurately.
• Lead cashwrap operations, register open/close, and ensure loss prevention.
• Train new cashiers and assist in cross-training associates.
• Support loyalty programs and credit initiatives to boost guest engagement.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and on-brand appearance.
