Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cashiering duties and ensure accurate guest transactions.
• Support training of new cashiers and cross-training of associates.
• Drive loyalty results through guest experience and credit programs.
• Maintain clean, organized cashwrap displays and ensure proper cash handling.
