Ulta Beauty in Chino, CA is seeking a Lead Cashier to oversee guest transactions, loyalty focus, and cashwrap standards. This role trains new cashiers, supports leadership, and drives exceptional guest experiences across the store.

You will contribute to sales goals, partner with teams, and ensure adherence to procedures while maintaining cleanliness and presentation from cashwrap to sales floor. This role requires flexibility and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of cashier or retail experience recommended.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with a pharmacy to perform makeup applications and skincare analysis when appropriate.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive loyalty and sales.
• Maintain organization and replenishment of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
