Job summary

The candidate should have 2+ years in cashiering or related roles, strong customer service, and the ability to lead a team during peak times. Flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.Provide exceptional guest service and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Partner guests with a makeup artist for applications and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure guest-readiness.
• Support leadership with register openings/closings and inspections.
• Promote loyalty program benefits and app usage.
