Qualifications

• Experience addressing guests' concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit).
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and/or services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with a fellow associate for makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales goals.
• Replenish and maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
