• Proficient with basic technology (Point of Sale system, Apple devices)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
• Book appointments and support services to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and store cleanliness; ensure asset protection.
• Lead by example and promote loyalty program benefits to guests.
