Ulta Beauty in Colorado Springs is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions and excellent cashwrap standards. You will help train cashiers, support loyalty efforts, and maintain store presentation while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi‑task, and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting store goals for sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalized product recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Coordinate makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support in‑store services and events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures; ensure guest readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
• Train new cashiers and cross‑train associates in cashiering.
