Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cashier to manage guest transactions and maintain cashwrap excellence. You will train new cashiers, cross-train team members, and drive loyalty participation while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with POS systems. Flexibility to work a dynamic retail schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed store sales and loyalty goals through superb guest service.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy and courtesy.
• Lead cashier activities, train new cashiers, and support cross-training.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and store cleanliness to ensure guest readiness.
