Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi‑task, and problem‑solve.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Greet guests with a friendly, personalized service approach.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with makeup applications.
• Book appointments for services and in‑store events to drive revenue.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and overall store cleanliness and organization.
• Train and cross‑train cashiers and collaborate with management.
