Ulta Beauty in New York City is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest transactions with excellence at the cashwrap, lead training of new cashiers, and support loyalty initiatives.

You will help maintain store standards, assist in servicing guests, and contribute to achieving sales goals while upholding Ulta's policies. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a passion for guest experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service at the cashwrap and through makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain replenishment, organization, and maintenance of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
• Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately per policy.
• Support leadership with cashier chat ins/outs and associate exit inspections as needed.
