Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, and loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure guest-readiness at all times.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
