Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for sales, loyalty, and service.
• Greet guests, engage with them, and tailor recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Partner with a makeup artist to drive services and sales.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training staff.
