Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task and solve problems.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Drive loyalty results through guest service, credit and loyalty programs.
• Lead cashier operations, including open/close of registers.
• Provide exceptional service by pairing guests with associates for makeup applications and demos.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashwrap and displays.
