Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsabilités

• Drive loyalty results by focusing on performance, guest experience, loyalty, and sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and pair guests with a makeup/skincare consult.
• Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and courtesy.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, cleanliness, and overall store aesthetics.
