Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve.
• Strong guest service mindset with a track record of selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest loyalty through excellent service and product recommendations.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training peers.
• Manage cashwrap operations, returns, exchanges, and open/close functions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper display and loss prevention practices.
• Lead by example to deliver a premium Ulta Beauty brand experience.
