Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest experience and loyalty through exceptional service at the cashwrap. This role trains new cashiers, assists in opening/closing procedures, and supports the leadership team in meeting sales and service goals.

The position requires 2 years of relevant retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment. Flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of cashier or retail experience.
• Strong guest service and selling skills.
• Ability to train new cashiers.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest transactions, refunds and exchanges at the cashwrap.
• Assist in driving loyalty results and credit programs.
• Train and cross-train cashiers; support leadership with open/close procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized cashwrap and displays; ensure proper cash controls.
