Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.

• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately.
• Assist in makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Book and support in-store services and events.
• Maintain tidy cashwrap displays and ensure guest readiness.
• Lead cashier processes and train new cashiers.
