Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and retail shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and/or services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Replenish and maintain cashwrap displays and materials to ensure guest-readiness.
