Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly, and able to interact with customers as a role model.
• Operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Lift/carry up to 30 lbs and push carts as required.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by guiding Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist with customer issues at the register.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with policy.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers.
• Maintain cleanliness and security at the front end.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
